Enter DCOMCNFG
a. Component Services
b. Computer
c. My Computer
d. Highlight DCOM Config
e. Right-Click
f. Select View/Detail
Search for the GUID (near bottom on my computer).
Select Porperties/Scurity.
In Launch permissions select 'Use default'.
